Minimal decoration and simple architecture describe the new creation of our office, which is the ultimate View Sea City Hotel
of the city of Ag. Saranda, in Albania. .
The building is architecturally characterized by the horizontal and vertical symmetry of its facades, as well as by the balconies with its strong metallic elements.
The proposed urban architectural design is intended to indicate the identity of the project as a hotel, both functional and aesthetically. For this purpose the shaping of the facade and two other faces with metallic minimalist elements is decisively impressive, leaving a strong impression on the overall picture.
The architectural approach, along with the use of natural materials, transforms the hotel into a microcosm of natural simplicity, which integrates and coexists in harmony with its environment, naturally emphasizing the quality of hospitality.
Glow BOUTIQUE Hotel & Suites, based on COCO-MAT’s philosophy of using natural and ecological materials, offers the ultimate Cocomat sleeping experience, allowing its visitor to breathe in and travel with its view to the endless blue.
